With over 50 years of combined teaching experience, our instructors have a lot to offer. All of our teachers are placed in classes that utilize their strengths so that you get the most out of your classes.
Fitness
We offer a variety of options to get yourself in shape. Zumba, RIPPED, PiYo, yoga, and personal training are all offered throughout the week. How will you get to your best version of you?
