Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
G3 is a circuit-style class that incorporates different exercises into a full body workout. Rotate through mulitple stations with small breaks between stations. Stations are always mixed up so each time you come it is a different workout!
Cardio Dance fuses musical rhythms and choreographed dance moves together to create a dynamic workout that's designed for a good workout all while having fun! Moving to the music allows your mind to relax while your body is in constant motion.
